Terms of Listing, Advertising and Referrals

Top Wedding Links, Inc. provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Listing, Advertising and Referrals, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Listing, Advertising and Referrals at any time at: http://www.topweddinglinks.com/terms.html . In addition, when using particular Top Wedding Links, Inc. services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time anywhere on our website. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Listing, Advertising and Referrals. By using Top Wedding Links, Inc. you unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page. Top Wedding Links, Inc. reserves the right to update the Terms of Service from time to time.

All advertisers, upon payment of any application, setup, listing and/or advertising fees, agree that they have thoroughly researched our website prior to making payment for advertising fees. All advertisers, upon payment of any application, setup, listing and/or advertising fees, agree that all application, setup, advertising and listing fees are non-refundable. All advertisers, upon payment of said fees, agree to fully comply with the Terms of Listing and that terms may change from time to time without prior notice. All advertisers agree to our No-Refund policy upon payment of said fees and agree to complete the advertising time period specified by the advertising contract period until the contractual date of expiry. Any premature termination or unilateral change, for any reason, of the advertising contract by the advertiser, at any time prior to the expiry of the contract period, will cause the advertiser to forfeit any and all of the non-refundable application, setup, listing and advertising fees. Any changes by the Advertiser to the conditions of the advertising contract will cause the advertiser to forfeit any and all of the non-refundable application, setup, listing and advertising fees. All advertisers that pay discounted listing fees must place and maintain our reciprocal link on their homepage above all links at all times. If our reciprocal link is not found on their homepage above all links at any time, the discounted fee will be immediately forfeited, their listing will be subject to immediate removal and a termination and reinstatement fee ranging from $50- $1,000 will be imposed on their account should they wish to advertise again on our site

Top Wedding Links, Inc. reserves the right to accept, reject or edit vendor submissions, at its own discretion, to maintain the professional format and quality of the National Wedding Directory.

All site users shall agree that the Terms of Listings are subject to change without prior notice.

By listing or using this site, all vendors and/or brides and grooms and other persons using this site, shall agree to 1) hold Top Wedding Links and its owners and affiliates harmless of any claims or damages and 2) grant full publishing rights to Top Wedding Links 3) accept, from time to time, informative e-mails from Top Wedding Links.

Although we will do our best to accommodate the preferred position requested by a vendor, positions will be assigned on a first come first served basis only upon receipt of payment and based on availability at the time. Vendors agree that an alternative position may be assigned if the preferred position is not available upon receipt of payment. Rotating positions may be changed without prior notice. Monthly rates are subject to change without prior notice. All advertisers, upon payment, agree that all setup and advertising fees anywhere on our website are non-refundable. All advertisers agree to fully comply with the terms of Listing and Advertising.

All advertisers agree upon payment of fees that any and all disputes related to advertising fees shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the applicable Laws of the State of New Jersey and by a New Jersey Court of Law. All advertisers agree upon payment of advertising fees that all related Court and attorney expenses, including those of Top Wedding Links, shall be paid by the advertiser.
