Although we will do our best to accommodate the preferred position requested by a vendor, positions will be assigned on a first come first served basis only upon receipt of payment and based on availability at the time. Vendors agree that an alternative position may be assigned if the preferred position is not available upon receipt of payment. Rotating positions may be changed without prior notice. Monthly rates do not include a one-time setup fee of $49.95 and are subject to change without prior notice. All advertisers, upon payment, agree that all fees are non-refundable for any reason. All advertisers agree to fully comply with the terms of Listing. If any of the terms or the acronyms are unclear, the vendor shall request clarification. The consequences of any wrong assumptions made by the vendor shall be the vendor's responsibility.
